It's about taking initiative, working hard, and demonstrating commitment to one's own path, whether for spiritual development, personal improvement, or worldly success. 

Yoga 

Introduction :

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body.

Components of Yoga 

Three fundamental elements of yoga are 1. Asana (physical postures for body fitness and balance), 

2. Pranayama (breath control to manage life force and calm the mind), and

3. Dhyana/Meditation (focused concentration for mental clarity and stillness)
